Dear Subscribers:
It appears a technical glitch has caused an HSOT website outage. If you try to visit the website you will receive an error which states that either the server can't be found or the website is not available.
Measures are being taken to resolve the problem and we will let everyone know when the website is back online.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience until a solution to the problem is found.
